The customer path / Call preparation
What happens on a Local Growth Call?
One real inquiry. One unclear next step. A focused conversation about fit.

01 / A focused conversation
Bring one unclear next step.
A Local Growth Call is a 20-minute conversation about one customer path and whether BusinessOS could fit.
That might be an inquiry with no clear owner, an estimate waiting for a next action, or an appointment handoff the team cannot easily follow. We do not need to review the whole business to make the first question useful.
It is not a full custom strategy session, a promise to automate everything, or a checkout. A useful conversation may lead to a scoped next step—or confirm that a simpler change in your current process makes more sense.
02 / Optional preparation
An example is enough.
You do not have to complete homework or watch a video to attend. If you want to prepare, bring these four observations from a recent inquiry or estimate:
- Where it arrived. The call, message, form or other entry point.
- What happened next. The latest step you can verify.
- Who is responsible. The person expected to take the next action.
- What remains unclear. The question you would like the conversation to resolve.
Keep customer names and private details in your own records. You can describe the handoff without sending customer data or sharing credentials.
If the process is already clear, say so. It is also useful to know what should remain unchanged and who on your team will be involved.
03 / On the call
Trace the path together.
We will start with the situation you brought, clarify the step and responsibilities, and consider whether an agreed BusinessOS path is relevant. Existing tools and working routines are part of that conversation.
Questions may include what your team can reasonably take on, where a handoff is uncertain, and which dependencies would need checking. Discussing a capability does not mean it is included or already connected.
A clear stopping point
If the issue is outside the useful scope, or your current process is sufficient, that should shape the next decision.
04 / Separate decisions
A call is the first conversation.
If there is a fit, the next step is to define the work and responsibilities. An agreement, setup payment, onboarding and build are separate from the call. Checks before use, monthly service activation and client access are separate stages too.
Booking alone does not start payment, installation, monthly service or access. It also does not approve every possible feature or additional channel.
Read BusinessOS fit and scope if you want that context before speaking.
05 / Use the right next step
Already booked? Keep that appointment.
Use the date, time, time zone and attendance details in your booking confirmation. If plans change, use the management options supplied with that confirmation. Do not create a second booking to change an existing one.
If you cannot find those details, contact JetSynapse AI. A support or general enquiry belongs there too.
If you have not booked and want a fit conversation, choose a time on the Local Growth Call page. Preparation remains optional.
