3. No Guaranteed Results

We work to improve business systems and follow-up processes, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, lead volume, booking volume, customer acquisition, review count, search ranking, advertising performance, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, response quality, sales process, budget, staff, and customer demand.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information needed to perform the services.
• You are responsible for your business operations, offers, pricing, staff, and customer service.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages, automations, forms, pages, campaigns, and workflows before active use.
• You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including marketing, privacy, advertising, and communication laws.

5. Communications and Consent

Providing contact details, choosing a contact preference, submitting a form, or accepting our terms does not by itself opt you in to text messages. If you choose to receive texts, your separate non-marketing and marketing SMS choices apply to the purposes described when you opt in. These choices are optional. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw text-message consent by replying STOP or contacting [email protected].

If we create or manage messaging workflows for your business, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent from your contacts and that your communications comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Payments and Billing

If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay all fees described at the time of purchase or in the applicable agreement. Fees may include setup fees, monthly service fees, software subscription fees, usage-based fees, or other agreed charges.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are due when invoiced or at checkout. Late or failed payments may result in paused work, suspended services, or termination.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may be described in your proposal, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement. Unless a separate written refund policy applies, setup fees and completed work are non-refundable. Subscription services may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may rely on third-party tools such as CRM systems, email providers, SMS providers, calendar tools, analytics tools, hosting platforms, payment processors, and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, pricing changes, policy changes, account suspensions, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

You control your own domain and own the business-specific copy and media we create for your included page, subject to existing third-party licenses. JetSynapse AI, LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing and reusable materials, templates, systems, methods, frameworks, processes, designs, documentation, code snippets, and know-how. Your signed agreement describes your right to use those JetSynapse-owned materials.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, or reverse engineer our proprietary systems, templates, or materials without written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to JetSynapse AI, LLC for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
